My name is Harold Jackson. I was born and raised in Bay City, Texas where my love for smoking meat began. My jobs have taken me to many states and I finally settled in Michigan about 29 years ago where I worked for the Michigan Department of Corrections. Upon retiring it was my dream to open a small, barbecue restaurant. I prayed about it and along with my wife and children, we took on this next chapter in our lives. I love talking about God, jazz music, riding my motorcycle, spending time with my family and friends and getting to know my customers. I appreciate all of my employees and customers...you all are what allows me to live my dream.
